CEO & Managing DirectorDr. Shashank Chandrashekar Shetty leads the organization with a rare fusion of visionary leadership, entrepreneurial instinct, and deep technological expertise. An experienced incubation manager, entrepreneur, and educator, he is known for transforming early-stage ideas into scalable, impact-driven solutions. With strong techno-management acumen, he excels at mentoring teams, nurturing innovation, and steering concepts from ideation to execution. He holds a Ph.D. in Health Informatics from the Department of Information Technology at NITK, Surathkal, along with an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from VTU, Belgaum. His research spans Health Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Entrepreneurship, with contributions published in reputed international journals and conferences. As CEO, he drives the company’s vision, innovation strategy, and growth roadmap.

CFO & DirectorDr. Puneeth R. P. is the financial backbone of the organization, steering fiscal strategy with precision, foresight, and a strong technology-first mindset. With a solid engineering foundation, a Master’s degree in Technology, and a Ph.D. in Blockchain Technology, he brings a rare blend of financial acumen and deep technical insight to executive decision-making. As CFO, he drives strategic financial planning, governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring every investment aligns with long-term growth and innovation. Known for translating complex numbers into clear business intelligence, he plays a pivotal role in scaling operations, optimizing resources, and future-proofing the company in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar
Advisor & DirectorDr. Niranjan N. Chiplunkar is the strategic powerhouse at Inspirante Technologies Pvt Ltd, driving innovation, technology adoption, and transformative growth. With a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from NIE, Mysore (1986), an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from MIT, Manipal (1990), and a Ph.D. in CSE specializing in CAD for VLSI (University of Mysore, 2002), he combines deep technical expertise with visionary leadership. From his early career as a Lecturer and Reader to his tenure as Principal at NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, Dr. Chiplunkar has a proven track record of turning complex challenges into scalable solutions.
